Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- sugar - 1 c
- molasses - 1/4 c
- flour - 2 2
- soda - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- sugar to roll balls into - 1/3 c
How to make molasses gingersnaps:
Cream together oil, eggs and sugar. Sift flour with soda, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well; form dough into small balls. Roll into sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in 325° oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until top cracks.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
