  • vegetable oil - 3/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • sugar - 1 c
  • molasses - 1/4 c
  • flour - 2 2
  • soda - 2 Tbsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • sugar to roll balls into - 1/3 c

How to make molasses gingersnaps:

Cream together oil, eggs and sugar. Sift flour with soda, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well; form dough into small balls. Roll into sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in 325° oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until top cracks.
