Moist chocolate cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- unsweetened cocoa - 3/4 c
- hot coffee - 1 c
How to make moist chocolate cake:
Sift together dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add oil, coffee and milk; mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and beat two more minutes. (Batter will be thin.) Pour into two greased and floured 9 x 1 1/2-inch cake pans. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool cakes for 15 minutes before removing from pans.
