  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • soda
  • sifted flour
  • sour milk - 1 c
  • raw, peeled, chopped apples - 3 c

How to make moist apple cake:

Beat sugar, margarine and eggs until fluffy. Add soda, cinnamon, flour and milk. Fold in apples. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour batter in pan and cover with wax paper and bake at 325° until done.
