Mock pecan pie

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• brown sugar - 1 c
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• butter or margarine, melted - 4 Tbsp
• white sugar - 2/3 c
• quick oats - 1 c
• unbaked pie shell - 1 item
• flake coconut - 1 c

How to make mock pecan pie:

Mix ingredients together. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° until brown.
