How to make mississippi mud pie:

Blend the first 3 ingredients together; spread on bottom of a large pan or casserole dish. Bake at 350° until light brown; cool. Mix the next 4 ingredients together; spread over cool crust. Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions; pour over mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate for several hours.
