Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 item
- flour
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- margarine, melted - 1 c
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz
- Blend flour and sugar
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Melt margarine and cocoa; cool. Blend flour and sugar. Add eggs. Add cooled mixture, vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan, 10 1/2 x 13-inch. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes (do not overbake). While cake is still warm, spread Marshmallow Creme over top. When cool, spread with icing.Icing:1 cube margarine1/2 c. cocoa1 lb. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. finely chopped nuts milk Melt margarine with cocoa.
