Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour
- coconut
- cocoa
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- walnuts
- sugar powdered - 1 lb
- Topping:1 stick oleo
- large jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 item
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Topping:1 stick oleo3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa1/2 c. milk1 lb. sugar (powdered)1 tsp. vanilla Melt oleo. Add cocoa and sugar. Add eggs, flour and vanilla; mix well. Add coconut and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven. Remove from oven and spread with Marshmallow Creme. Cool.For the topping, melt oleo, cocoa and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil, then boil for 1 minute. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour on cake, then smooth it out. Let cake and icing set for a short while before serving.
