- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- coconut
- cocoa
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- walnuts - 1 c
- jar marshmallow cream - 7 oz
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Icing:1/2 c. butter3 Tbsp. cocoa1/3 c. milk1 box powdered sugar Mix butter, cocoa, sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla. Then add coconut and walnuts. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and spread marshmallow cream over completely cooled cake.Icing: Boil butter, cocoa and milk for 1 minute, then pour over 1 box powdered sugar. Mix with mixer until smooth, then pour onto cake and spread evenly.
