- powdered sugar approximately - 2 lb
- favorite flavoring color desired - 3 tsp
How to make mints:
Cream the cream cheese and add flavoring, color and powdered sugar until desired consistency to mold. Roll into balls the size of marbles and roll in sugar and mold. Makes approximately 200 mints.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Candy.
