Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- orange juice - 1/3 c
- lemon juice from concentrate - 1/3 c
- water - 1/3 c
- peppermint extract - 1/4 tsp
- assorted, cut up, fresh fruits - 8 c
How to make minted fruit salad:
In medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except fruit; stir until sugar dissolves. Place fruit in large shallow dish; pour the mixture over. Cover. Chill 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate any leftovers.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Salads.
