  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 3/4 c
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • mincemeat - 1 c

How to make mincemeat cake:

Cream butter; add sugar, eggs and milk. Sift flour, cornstarch, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture; add mincemeat. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
