  • vanilla - 1/4 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • whipping cream - 1 c
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
  • baked pie shells - 2 item

How to make millionaire pie:

Cream sugar and butter in mixer bowl. Add egg, salt and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Spoon into pie shells. Chill whipped cream until stiff. Fold in nuts and pineapple. Pour over sugar mixture; chill thoroughly. Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
