Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- nuts, chopped, if desired - 1/2 c
How to make microwave fudge:
Blend sugar and cocoa in 3 quart bowl. Add milk and butter (no need to cut up). Do not stir. Microwave at 100% power for 2 minutes, then stir well. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch dish. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
