  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 lb
  • nuts, chopped, if desired - 1/2 c

How to make microwave fudge:

Blend sugar and cocoa in 3 quart bowl. Add milk and butter (no need to cut up). Do not stir. Microwave at 100% power for 2 minutes, then stir well. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch dish. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares. Freezes well.
