Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 Tbsp
- white syrup - 1/4 c
How to make microwave caramel corn:
Prepare 3-quarts plain popcorn. Place in clean brown grocery sack. Cook brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt on High for 2 minutes. Stir. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add 1/2 tablespoon baking soda to mixture. Stir. Pour over popcorn in sack. Shake bag. Cook on High 1 1/2 minutes. Shake. Cook another 1 1/2 minutes. Shake.
