Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 1/4
- water - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- English muffins, split - 5 item
How to make mexican muffins:
Brown beef; drain. Add seasoning mix and water. Simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Place muffins on cookie sheet; top with meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until heated through. Makes 5 servings.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
