Mexican lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- chopped onion - 1 c
- green peppers
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- thick and smooth taco sauce - 2 c
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- mexican cheese - 2 c
How to make mexican lasagna:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 dish.Cook beef and drain. Stir in onions, peppers and taco seasoning. Reduce heat to low until vegetables are tender. Spread 1/2 c. taco sauce over bottom of the dish. Cover with tortillas. Spread with half the meat mixture and 1/2 c. taco sauce. Sprinkle with 1 c. cheese. Repeat layer. Bake 12-15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
