Mexican lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- flour tortillas, quartered - 1 pkg
- Ranch Style beans - 1 c
- tomatoes and green chiles - 3/4 c
How to make mexican lasagna:
Spray large dish, line with tortillas. Brown meat, onion and seasonings, drain and add undrained beans, mix. Spoon on tortillas; cover with grated cheese. Place soup and tomatoes in blender, mix well. Pour soup over casserole. Top with more cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
