Ingredients/Components

  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • cream of chicken soup - 1 c
  • flour tortillas, quartered - 1 pkg
  • Ranch Style beans - 1 c
  • tomatoes and green chiles - 3/4 c

How to make mexican lasagna:

Spray large dish, line with tortillas. Brown meat, onion and seasonings, drain and add undrained beans, mix. Spoon on tortillas; cover with grated cheese. Place soup and tomatoes in blender, mix well. Pour soup over casserole. Top with more cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Make and refrigerate overnight before baking.
