Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 1/2 c
• baking soda
• can cream-style corn - 1 item
• large onion - 1 item
• corn meal - 1 c
• or 2 jalapeno peppers seed also - 1 item

How to make mexican hush puppies:

Mix all ingredients together. Make small balls, which are much better. Will feed 7 to 8 people. Add 2 or 3 peppers to make it hotter.

If you like you can use a teaspoon to drop batter into hot cooking oil for frying.
