Ingredients/Components
- shortening - 3/4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- light corn syrup - 1/4 c
- unsweetened chocolate, melted - 2 sq
- sifted plain flour
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
How to make mexican crinkles:
Mix all ingredients. Roll in small balls, then roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° until light brown. If you don't want chocolate leave it out.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
