Ingredients/Components
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- Canola oil - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
How to make cake mix cookies:
Put cake mix in bowl. Use potato masher to get lumps out. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and add 2 cups or a little more of flour so it can be easily rolled and cut out for cookies. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 6 - 8 minutes. Any kind of cake mix can be used. Other ingredients can be added like peanut butter, coconut or chocolate chips.
