Ingredients/Components

  • hot water - 3/4 c
  • salsa - 3/4 c
  • 2 oz - 1/2 c
  • chicken breasts, halved - 4 item
  • margarine, cut small - 2 Tbsp
  • Stove Top dressing or cornbread - 2 c

How to make mexican chicken casserole:

Put water and margarine in 12 x 8-inch pan. Melt. Stir in Stove Top and 1/4 cup salsa. Arrange chicken over dressing. Pour rest of salsa on top. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
