Ingredients/Components
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and deboned - 1 item
- tortilla chips, crushed - 2 c
- can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, grated
How to make mexican chicken:
Mix together; put in greased pan lined with chips. Put crushed chips on top with a little cheese. Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 45 minutes. (A 5 pound package of legs and thighs in the pressure cooker is a good amount.)Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
