Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 item
- head lettuce - 1 item
- bottle Thousand Island salad dressing - 8 oz
- bag nacho cheese Doritos, crushed - 1 item
- to 8 drops of hot sauce - 6 item
How to make mexican chef salad:
Brown meat; drain. Add beans and let simmer. Cut lettuce into bite-size pieces and add onion, tomatoes, cheese and Doritos. Mix well. Add dressing; mix well. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, Beans.
