Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 3 lb
- cans mushroom soup - 3 item
- tortillas
- cans Ranch Style beans - 3 item
- chunked cheese - 1/4 lb
- cans tomatoes and green pepper - 3 item
- can small jalapeno peppers - 1/2 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Fry hamburger meat; season. Drain if needed. Mix soup, tomato and peppers with meat. Layer with tortillas. Pour 1/2 of mixture and repeat. Make cheese last on top. Put in oven and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot. Serve with Mexican SalRecipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
