Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Velveeta, grated - 8 oz
- Doritos, crushed
- chicken, boiled and deboned may use hamburger - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Put chicken or browned hamburger in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan. Put crushed Doritos on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Mix soups and onion together and spread over cheese. Put tomatoes on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
