Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 3 lb
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- green onions, chopped - 2 item
- cloves garlic, pressed - 3 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- cans tomato sauce - 3 oz
- can chopped olives - 1 1/4
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- cumin powder - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- egg noodles, cooked - 1 pkg
- Longhorn cheese, grated
How to make mexican beef casserole:
Cook ground beef, onion, green pepper and garlic together and drain. Add next 8 ingredients and simmer until slightly cooked. Add meat mixture to noodles and add grated cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
