Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- egg whites - 2 item
- nuts pecans, I prefer - 1 c
How to make meringue puffs:
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat egg whites until stiff; add vanilla, nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Turn off oven; put puffs in oven, then let the oven completely cool before removing puffs.Recipe categories: Chocolate, Breads, Low sodium.
