Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- cream of tartar - 1/8 tsp
How to make meringue puffs:
In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. After all sugar is added gradually add salt and vanilla.
