Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • egg whites - 3 item
  • cream of tartar - 1/8 tsp

How to make meringue puffs:

In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. After all sugar is added gradually add salt and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form and all the sugar is dissolved about 5 to 8 min
