Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- slices bread - 8 item
- crushed oregano - 1 tsp
- snipped parsley optional - 1/4 c
How to make meatballs:
Soak 8 slices bread in water. Squeeze out moisture. Combine soaked bread with all other ingredients. Form into balls. Brown slowly in 3 to 4 tablespoon salad oil. Simmer in your favorite sauce.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
