Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 2 lb
- slices bread crumbs - 3 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped fine - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- catsup
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 6 Tbsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- water - 6 Tbsp
How to make meatballs:
Sauce:1 1/2 c. catsup6 Tbsp. butter6 Tbsp. brown sugar3 Tbsp. vinegar6 Tbsp. water Mix first 6 ingredients well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet (with sides) at 375° for 25 minutes. Drain off grease.Make sauce of sauce ingredients. Simmer sauce for 5 minutes and add to meatballs. Put back in oven for a few minutes.
