Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- small onion - 1 item
- hot roll mix - 1 pkg
- ground beef chuck, not round - 1 lb
How to make meat pies:
Mix thoroughly meat, onion and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle lemon juice over meat and let stand while rolling out dough. (Follow instructions on box for pizza.) Roll out and cut with a glass (size of biscuits), then roll biscuits real thin. Fill center with meat mixture (size of a walnut), then pinch 3 corners, leaving center open.
