Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • ketchup - 1 item
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • hamburger - 2 lb
  • oats - 1 c

How to make meat loaf:

Mix all ingredients together. Put in loaf pan. Top with ketchup and bake 25 minutes in microwave. Top with Saran Wrap while cooking.
