  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • 10x sugar - 1 lb
  • potato size of an egg - 1 item

How to make mashed potato candy:

Cook potato with peeling until tender. Peel, mash and mix with sugar, less 4 tablespoons. Roll out with this remaining sugar on pastry sheet. (You may need more 10x sugar.) Spread with peanut butter; roll and slice. A little food coloring can be used for different holiday colors.
