  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • whipped cream - 1 pt
  • pecans - 2 c
  • marshmallows - 1 lb
  • juice of 3 lemons
  • milk, heated - 1 c
  • large can pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • seeded grapes, sliced - 1 lb

How to make marshmallow delight:

Melt marshmallows in hot milk. Add eggs and lemon juice. Cook until thick; cool. Add whipped cream, pineapple, nuts and grapes. Chill. Makes 20 servings.
