  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • strawberry jello - 2 pkg
  • bananas, chopped - 3 item
  • frozen, sliced strawberries, drained - 2 pkg

How to make strawberry nut salad:

Mix jello with boiling water. Add strawberries, pineapple, lemon juice, bananas and nuts. Put half of the mixture (2 to 2 1/2 cups) in an 8 x 12-inch pan. Put in refrigerator until congealed. Pour sour cream over mixture in pan, then carefully spoon r
