- salt - 5 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dill weed - 2 Tbsp
- fresh chives - 2 Tbsp
- tarragon or wine vinegar - 1/2 c
How to make marinated vegetables:
