Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- dill weed - 1 Tbsp
- Accent - 1 Tbsp
How to make marinated vegetables:
Mix ingredients and pour over fresh vegetables. Chill 24 hours. Stir often to coat well. Drain before serving (liquid you drain may be frozen and used again). When using hard vegetables, i.e., carrots, cauliflower or broccoli, parboil slightly.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
