Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- slivered almonds, toasted - 1 pkg
- Accent - 1/2 tsp
- bunch spinach - 1/2 item
- head lettuce - 1/2 item
- bunch green onions, cut up - 1 item
- to 4 chicken breasts, cooked - 3 item
- won ton skins - 1 item
How to make chicken salad:
Dressing:4 Tbsp. sugar1 1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. Accent4 Tbsp. vinegar1/2 c. oil Combine lettuce and spinach, cut up, in bowl. Add green onions and almonds. Cut up cooked chicken breasts into bite size pieces and add to salad. Fry bite size pieces of wonton skins in oil until light brown. Drain on paper towel and add to salad. Combine first 5 ingredients of dressing in saucepan and cook until sugar dissolves. Add 1/2 cup oil to dressing when ready to serve.
