- bacon, fried and crumbled - 1/2 1
- or 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced - 3 item
- small can water chestnuts - 1 item
- oil
- sugar - 3/4 c
- ketchup - 1/3 c
- cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- grated onion - 1/3 c
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1 c. oil3/4 c. sugar1/3 c. ketchup1/4 c. cider vinegar1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/3 c. grated onion Combine dressing ingredients in blender. At serving time, pour over spinach, water chestnuts, eggs and bacon. Serves 6.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
