Ingredients/Components

• fresh spinach - 1 item
• bacon, fried and crumbled - 1/2 1
• or 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced - 3 item
• small can water chestnuts - 1 item
• oil
• sugar - 3/4 c
• ketchup - 1/3 c
• cider vinegar - 1/4 c
• Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
• grated onion - 1/3 c

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1 c. oil3/4 c. sugar1/3 c. ketchup1/4 c. cider vinegar1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/3 c. grated onion Combine dressing ingredients in blender. At serving time, pour over spinach, water chestnuts, eggs and bacon. Serves 6.
