Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt
- oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- mushrooms - 1/2 lb
- celery - 1 pkg
- white vinegar - 2/3 c
- head cauliflower, cut in flowerets - 1 item
- cans pitted black olives, drained - 2 item
- or 3 crushed garlic cloves - 2 item
- bunch carrots, cut to finger eating size - 1 item
- jars stuffed olives, drained - 2 item
- cans artichoke hearts, halved - 2 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Mix the first 6 ingredients together and pour over the vegetables. Marinate in fridge 24 hours. Toss occasionally.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
