Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 4 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can LeSueur peas - 1 oz
- can French-style green beans - 1 oz
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 oz
- small jar pimento, chopped - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 oz
- sugar can use sugar substitute - 1/2 c
- Toss all ingredients together in large bowl; marinate overnight
How to make marinated vegetables:
Drain all vegetables. Toss all ingredients together in large bowl; marinate overnight. (Keeps 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator.)Marinade Mix:3/4 c. vinegar1/2 c. sugar (can use sugar substitute)1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. paprika Mix well and pour over vegetables.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
