Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 c
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- flank steak
- jigger whiskey - 1 item
How to make marinated flank steak:
Combine first 8 ingredients, mixing well and pour over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Drain meat and broil steak to desired doneness. Slice across grain in thin slices. Store remaining marinade for future use.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
