- oil - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- 5 oz
- thawed Cool Whip - 1 c
- can mandarin oranges, drained, reserving liquid - 1 oz
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Grease two 9-inch cake pans. Prepare cake mix according to package direction using oil, eggs and juice from oranges. Stir in oranges and nuts. Spread evenly in pans. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 25 minutes. Cool. Frost with frosting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
