- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 1 1/4
- oil - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
- can mandarin oranges juice reserved - 1 oz
- container Cool Whip frozen
How to make mandarin cake:
Icing:1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip (frozen)1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice1 (5 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix Beat eggs with cake mix. Add reserved juice of mandarin oranges. Stir in oil and oranges. Pour into three greased and floured 8 or 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool cakes.Icing: Mix all ingredients together and frost cooled cake. Refrigerate cake after frosting.
