Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- potatoes not Idaho - 5 lb
How to make make ahead mashed potatoes:
Boil potatoes with 1 whole onion until potatoes are done. Discard onion. Mash potatoes with cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. If dry, add a little milk and 1 beaten egg.
