Macaroni salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt
- sweet relish - 5 oz
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- elbow macaroni - 1 lb
- celery - 1 c
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- mayo - 2 c
- pimento, drained and chopped - 4 oz
How to make macaroni salad:
Cook macaroni. Drain and rinse with cold water. In large bowl, combine the 11 ingredients. Blend well. Add macaroni and toss lightly until well combined. Refrigerate overnight. Stir. Makes 12 to 14 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Elbow macaroni.
