Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- parsley - 1 item
- pickle relish - 1 pt
- green peppers, chopped - 3 item
- French dressing - 1 c
- bunch celery, chopped - 1 item
- eggs, hard-boiled - 12 item
- large sweet onions - 2 item
- chopped sour pickles - 1 c
- 2 can green peas
- large can pimentos, chopped - 1 item
How to make macaroni salad:
Boil, drain and blanch macaroni. Drain peas. Quarter eggs, then slice in two. Slice onions and cover with 1/2 cup salad oil, 1/2 cup vinegar, salt and paprika. Mix together.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Elbow macaroni.
