- eggs - 2 item
- water - 3/4 c
- SuperMoist rainbow chip cake mix - 1 pkg
- tub Betty Crocker deluxe party frosting - 1 item
How to make lollipop cookies:
You will also need 20 to 24 wooden sticks.Heat oven to 375°. Beat cake mix (dry), water and eggs in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on high speed 2 minutes.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Insert wooden stick 1 1/2 inches into edge of dough. Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until puffed and almost no indentation remains when touched. Cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack. Frost and decorate. Yields 20 to 24 cookies.
