Linguine with white clam sauce
Ingredients/Components

- olive oil - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- linguine - 1 lb
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- each cans chopped clams - 3 to
- to 6 gloves fresh garlic - 4 item
How to make linguine with white clam sauce:
Heat oil in pan. Press garlic and cook until golden. Add clam juice from cans; add salt, pepper and thyme. Let simmer very slowly. Add clams. Cook linguine. Add parsley to sauce about 5 minutes before linguine is cooked. Drain linguine and mix all together. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese, if desired.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Pasta, Clams.
