  • chopped pecans - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • cold water - 3/4 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • lime jello
  • grated mild Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
  • medium can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item

How to make lime jello salad:

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Beat until smooth. Add pineapple and water. Mix well. Add the grated cheese and nuts. Chill.
